What if the products are damaged through my fault?
If the items are damaged through your own fault, the exporter, grower and Planthunters unfortunately cannot do anything for you. Do you not know how you could have prevented the damage? Then contact your exporter. He will contact the grower to prevent damage in the future.
Can I return my items?
When returning items, you will always have to contact the exporter who delivered the order. They will then go through the return request with you.
Can I cancel my order before payment?
No. The moment the order is placed, the grower and the exporter immediately get to work for you. Because the order is already set in motion, it is not possible to cancel the order at that time. Therefore, when placing an order or winning an auction, you agree that you cannot cancel the order / winning bid.
