How can I pay?
Payments are made in the same way as they are now between you and the exporter. Planthunters is not responsible for the financial process between you and the exporter. When the orders are placed by you, they will be sent to the exporter and the grower. The exporter will ultimately ensure that the order is settled in the way you agreed.
When do I have to pay?
This depends on what has been agreed with the exporter. If this is unclear, we advise you to contact the exporter.
No budget, now what?
Contact the desired exporter. The exporter will set a maximum order value for your account.
Where can I find my invoice?
This goes through the exporter. Planthunters does send an order confirmation via email after each order.
