How do I make an account?
Thank you for hunting on planthunters.nl! To be able to bid or buy, you need an account. You can easily create this account on our registration page. During registration you will need to choose an exporter who will take care of all logistical and financial matters for you. Click here for the registration page.
Why are there registration questions?
Planthunters wants to make the service and added value for all partners as good as possible. You help us by filling in the questions as best and honestly as you can. If there are any questions during the registration process you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I register as a customer (hunter) without a VAT and KVK number?
VAT number is mandatory. Chamber of Commerce number is not mandatory.
I did not receive a confirmation email, what now?
Send an email to email@example.com with the subject 'No confirmation email received'. We hope to hear from you within 24 hours!
I can't login?
This could have 1 of the following reasons.
- You have not yet created an account, you can create one here.
- Your password does not match your email address. Have you forgotten your password? Click on Forgot Your Password at the login screen.
My account is blocked, how is that possible?
If you can't log in or participate in the bidding because your account has been blocked, this can have several reasons. We advise you to send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'account blocked'. We hunts to hear from us within 24 hours!
How do I change my data?
You can easily change your data yourself by logging into your account. Go to your account to edit your profile information and click on edit at the information you want to change. On this page you can easily change your company and address information.
I forgot my password
If you cannot log in because you forgot your password, you can easily set a new one. Click on "Forgot your password?" and enter the email address with which you are registered with Planthunters. You will then receive an email with a link to set a new password. This way you can start bidding or hunting cool plants again in no time.

Where can I change my company data?
You can change your company details in your account. Click on your account and press edit at the data you want to change. The address details that need to be entered when creating the account are the address details of your sales location.
I made a mistake in my email address during registration, what now?
Please contact Planthunters at email@example.com with the subject 'incorrect email address during registration'. We aim to get back to you within 24 hours!
I forgot my username, what now?
Your username is your mailadress. Have you forgotten your registered e-mail address? Contact Planthunters at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject 'forgot username'. We aim to hear from us within 24 hours!
How do I log out?
When you click on the icon (puppet) next to the shopping cart at the top of the page you will go to your account. By clicking on 'sign out' you will log out of your account. If you want to log in again, you can do so in the usual way.
Do I have to accept cookies?
Cookies remember everything that happens on your computer. But before they can remember this, you must first accept them. If you do not accept them, then it is possible that a website works less well or that you are logged out every time. This is because your computer keeps forgetting your data. To make the best possible use of our website, we recommend that you accept the cookies.
How can I delete my account?
